Day 01 – USA – Athens
Depart from USA. Enjoy a relaxing overnight flight to Athens.
Day 02 – Athens
Arrival into Athens. Balance of the day is at leisure for you to get acquainted with Athens, the capital and largest city of Greece.
Day 03 – Athens
Included: Breakfast
Half day morning city tour includes highlights of Athens and the Acropolis plus the new Acropolis Museum. Afternoon and balance of day is at leisure.
Day 04 – Mycenae/Epidaurus/Olympia or Patras
Included: Breakfast and Dinner
Morning departure for Olympia. Travel to the Argolis region, crossing the Corinth Canal, to Mycenae, to see the Lion’s Gate and Tomb of Agamemnon. Proceed to Epidaurus and the famous Theatre. Drive to Olympia or Patras for dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Day 05 – Olympia or Patras/Delphi
Included: Breakfast and Dinner
Morning visit of Olympia, site of the first Olympic Games. Visit the Stadium, the Sanctuary of Zeus and the Museum. Head to the mainland and arrive in Delphi for dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Day 06 – Delphi/Kalambaka
Included: Breakfast and Dinner
Visit the site of the Oracle, Treasury, Theater and Stadium plus the Museum and the famed bronze statue of the ”Charioteer”. Enjoy a scenic drive en route to Kalambaka. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Day 07 – Meteora/Athens
Included: Breakfast
Morning visit of Meteora where, perched atop soaring stone formations, seemingly suspended in mid-air, are ageless monasteries. View the priceless, exquisite Byzantine icons and treasures. Return to Athens via Thermopylae (see Leonidas’ monument). Overnight in Athens.
Day 08 – Athens
Included: Breakfast
Disembark in Athens this morning and say ”kali antamosi” to Greece or extend your stay with a 3 or 7 night cruise (*).

Visa requirement:
Passport with at least 6 months of validity and at least one blank visa page Non – U.S. citizens must call their local Consulate office for the most current entry requirements.
- PLEASE NOTE: FOR WHITE PASSPORTS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS VISA IS REQUIRED TO TURKEY AS WELL.
- VISA IS ALSO REQUIRED FOR US-PASSPORT TO TURKEY.
IT IS THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PASSENGER TO VERIFY THE CORRECTNESS OF ALL THE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS INCLUDING VALID PASSPORTS AND VISAS REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY TO THE DESTINATIONS. AFTER THAT THE INFORMATION WITHIN WILL BE CONSIDER ACCEPTED.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance when making a booking. We recommend getting insurance that covers loss of baggage, trip cancellation, and medical expenses. Insurance is available at additional cost. You can get insurance HERE.
Cancellation without insurance:
Cancellations are very costly and usually do not occur in time for resale of the cancelled tour. If Amiri Tour and Travel receives any cancellation prior to commencement of services without travel Insurance, the following cancellation fees will apply per person
- 60 days prior to departure: $250 per person.
- 60-31 days prior to departure: 50% of cost.
- 30 days or less prior to departure: 100% of cost. No refund
